This is my first time buying a home. And the whole process was made simple! Marlon was my realtor and Brian was the project manager for the building of the home. He was responsive and professional. And helped me along the way. Even after we signed there were small adjustments and he took the time and fixed them right away. I would highly recommend going with Ryan’s homes. Especially here in troutman! They are building a new community that will be just as beautiful! If you’re interested in a home and a new build please go with Ryan homes.

Marlon and Brian were both great to work with! They were responsive, professional and were sure to get us answers to questions that we had.
However with that being said, there are still things that need to be fixed throughout the home that were supposed to be addressed prior to us moving into our home. Anytime we put in a warranty request it seems to be downplayed. The trugreen service was oversold and we have yet to see a representative in our community. Our street is very dark at night and needs some type of lighting. They need to install street lights to ensure the safety of the community. The street is still filled with nails leftover from construction and needs to be cleaned.
Again, it was great working with Marlon and Brian directly. They helped make buying our first home a wonderful experience. We will update the review when we have our one year check up.

The price for the location cannot be beat. Troutman isn't much now - but it's bound to grow as people look for affordability. Quality of the home is TBD - but we have high hopes.

My wife and I just moved into our new home a few weeks ago. Meghan was our sales rep, and she made the process very smooth. We had an idea of what we wanted, but she really went above and beyond to help us pick out selections, colors, and the different options available. She made the daunting task of those selections very simple and even provided great feedback of pros and cons of different options, which was extremely helpful as we went down a list of what seemed like hundreds of options.
Once we started the build process, we started working regularly with Jason, who held weekly update calls with us, answered a bunch of questions, and walked us through every step. Jason was extremely responsive, even if we randomly texted late at night or on the weekend with random questions as we walked through our build after hours. He welcomed our independent inspectors, was extremely flexible with coordinating those meetings, and was very transparent with conflicts, as they always arise in construction.
Even after closing, Jason still keeps in touch, stopping by or texting/calling to make sure everything is going well. The entire team has been amazing to work with. I have built a home previously with another builder, and was very nervous about re-living those nightmares, but Meghan and Jason knocked it out of the park with Ryan Homes and I wanted to make sure we shared our experience with others who may be thinking about building.

The Team here at Northwest Fortville made buying a home less stressful than we feared. Meghan helped us with our options and Jason was our Project Manager. There are so many stories about building a home that we were anxious. From breaking ground to the finishing touches our PM, Jason, was wonderful. I feel he went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and confident in the work being done. He welcomed our private inspector for a pre drywall inspection and we did not have any issues other than things that were already being fixed like a broken window from the build process.
We closed on our house just over two months ago and he still stops to check on how things are going and to talk to our family. Based on our experience with Jason we would recommend building with Ryan homes.

Dana, despite us ultimately not purchasing (nothing related to Dana, personal issues) could not have been nicer, more attentive or caring throughout this process. Kelly was our sales agent with our new home and she was great to work with, very helpful and informative. We purchased a spec home in this community and were so happy to close on it a week ago. Alex was our project manager, he was professional and knowledgeable. Josh was another project manager that assisted us with our new home, he was great to work with and has checked in on us after our move in, and been very helpful. Everyone we worked with were responsive throughout the entire process. Our family is settling into our new home and we are excited to enjoy the neighborhood and meet all of our new neighbors in the coming months. We went to look and ended up a customer the same day! Our Ryan rep, Heather Treadway was so knowledgeable and easy to work with, she made the process easy. We met her at the model, we completed the paperwork that same day, picked out our lot, model, extras and a couple of hours later we were in line with an August completion date. One more follow up meeting to tie up those loose ends and we were done.

Working with Ryan Homes’ Sales Representative, Heather Treadway, on purchasing our new home at their Legion Heights community in downtown Canandaigua, NY, has been an excellent experience. Having conducted considerable research across a vast geography, we decided to learn more about Legion Heights. Although we were familiar with the area, we do not live nearby, so we began our meetings with Heather virtually. Heather was very thorough in her presentation of the Caroline model, its features, the many options available, pricing, and the construction process for the home.
After phone calls and video conferences with Heather, who answered all our questions with thoughtful, detailed responses, we decided to take the next step and drive to Canandaigua to meet Heather and the team for a walk-through of the model and see the property in person. Heather detailed the features and benefits of the home, and we were impressed with the quality we saw. In fact, we were sold, and we decided to be the first to purchase the Caroline model, the perfect combination of style and space.
We have recently begun the construction phase of our home with Heather’s colleague, Project Manager Steve Calnon. Along with Heather, Steve led us through an informative pre-construction video conference where we verified our options, confirmed selections, and reviewed the expected timeline together.
We look forward to watching our future home rise and continuing to develop our relationship with the Ryan Homes team during the construction of our new custom townhouse.

My husband and I had been looking for a home for almost a year. We traveled to Troutman to look at a different neighborhood and was very disappointed in the lack of interest from the sales rep.
We stopped in at Weathers Creek and honestly was expecting the same lackluster response and/or floor plans that we didn’t like. To our surprise we ran into Tim who was a breath of fresh air. He was easy to talk to, professional and he eased our concerns about the loan process (due to us working with a mortgage company prior that S**CKED) and the floor plan fit the needs of our family. We started our home buying process the very next day.
We have had the best experience with Tim (Sales Rep), Jon (Construction Manager) and their preferred lender and we are looking forward to moving into our new home.
