I truly love my new home. My brother and his wife as well as my father and mother all have built houses in this neighborhood. It has been an excellent experience from start to finish. Josh Lewis and Sam Achter are a great team at the Village at Middletown. From the very beginning of the process, Sam was so helpful and patient in helping explain all of my questions so that I could make a decision on such an important purchase. Sam patiently answered all of my questions regarding the different model homes available, the available lots, the options that were available for me to choose from and many more. He was so helpful, and I truly appreciate his time in helping me make this first step in the purchase of my new home. He was a wealth of knowledge and very easy to work with.
Josh Lewis is a patient soul listening and answering all of my questions regarding the build of the house and really all items from the foundation up, and there were many. He was very patient in explaining the utilities, maintenance, QR codes and how each appliance worked in the house and so much more. If he didn’t know the answer to my question, he was very quick to find the answer and get back to me in a timely manner. I really appreciated all of his help and he continues to be an excellent contact regarding my home.
All in all, my experience with Sam and Josh was very positive. I wouldn’t hesitate in referring this team to anyone looking for a new home. I can’t really think of another team that works so well together, keeping the client their number 1 priority.

I have lived at Hidden Village well over three years and I have no reservations owning a Ryan Home. Yes, we did have some warranty issues after moving in, but I will say the response to issues is quick and the warranty team including Hiram Coffey and particularly Mark Gruich, has been more than helpful, often going above and beyond just fixing the problem. Mark has always been informative, polite, and personable, but always performing his due diligence (Col 3:23-24). Hiram Coffey also has been honest and fair in regard to our issues as well.

This is a great community to be a part of. We’ve had a few bumps along the way that were addressed in a timely manner by the Ryan homes warranty team. Most recently we’ve battled an issue with a flooring company for more than a year, and the Division Warranty Manager for Ryan Homes, Hiram Coffey, went to bat for us and solved our issue. Ryan homes really cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to rectify any issues. I’d recommend Ryan homes to anyone and if you have an issue get it addressed. They are there to help! Thanks again Ryan Home and specifically Hiram. I appreciate your efforts and look forward to the resolution.

This is my first time buying a home. And the whole process was made simple! Marlon was my realtor and Brian was the project manager for the building of the home. He was responsive and professional. And helped me along the way. Even after we signed there were small adjustments and he took the time and fixed them right away. I would highly recommend going with Ryan’s homes. My sales rep (Valli Ruiz) was exceptional in every aspect of purchasing my new townhome. Every question or concern I had, she had an answer or solution. She is super friendly, very personable and well versed on the build and purchase process. My project manager for the build (Eric Lambert) has been a godsend. I have had a million and one questions throughout the build of my home and he was very responsive to all of my annoying requests and questions. They made the buying process smooth and they were both super transparent about all aspects of the build and the customizations I made to my home. Both Eric and Valli responded to text messages from me after business hours when they did not have to. I feel truly blessed to have been assigned these two to reps for my transition into the community.

Marlon and Brian were both great to work with! They were responsive, professional and were sure to get us answers to questions that we had.
However with that being said, there are still things that need to be fixed throughout the home that were supposed to be addressed prior to us moving into our home. Anytime we put in a warranty request it seems to be downplayed. The trugreen service was oversold and we have yet to see a representative in our community. Our street is very dark at night and needs some type of lighting. They need to install street lights to ensure the safety of the community. The street is still filled with nails leftover from construction and needs to be cleaned.
Again, it was great working with Marlon and Brian directly. They helped make buying our first home a wonderful experience. We will update the review when we have our one year check up.

Helpful team. I went under contract one Sunday evening after traveling from TX and searching everywhere to find a home for my family. I met Valli this evening and she was very welcoming even when she was about to leave the office. She listened to my situation and offer to stay to help me. She made my decision effortless and I am grateful I chose Ryans home and this community. Working with Samantha and Stephanie (my loan processors) was awesome as well. Buying a new home can be stressful considering this house was my second purchase, Sam and Steph were very helpful through the process. Kelly was our sales agent with our new home and she was great to work with, very helpful and informative. We purchased a spec home in this community and were so happy to close on it a week ago. Alex was our project manager, he was professional and knowledgeable. Our home has not been built yet as we are in beginning stages. However Jennifer has been amazing. Keeping us in the loop. She has been so sweet listening to my husband go back and forth with colors, flooring, paint etc. Her customer service is top knotch. She is welcoming and always there when we have questions. We are new to the home building process but so far everything has been very smooth! Jeremy is amazing and answers all of our questions. He usually responds within minutes but if he doesn't have the answer right away, he will find a way to answer within a day or two. Overall, they have been very accommodating and we are looking forward to building our home with them!

My husband and I are first time home buyers. We recently began the process to purchase a Ryan Home in Weathers Creek and so far it has been an excellent experience! We have been working with Tim O'Brien, and he has made this process easy and stress free! When we first met with him he took a great deal of time explaining the process and answering all of our questions. He has also been quick to answer emails/texts I have sent to him throughout this process. We are very excited about building in this community and look forward to moving in!

OVERALL great home, love the layout and the colors. Jennifer is also EXCELLENT, great representative. But, Future buyers make sure to check everything before moving in. From the toilet paper roll to the foot boards under the kitchen counters. They run through the jobs, DETAILS are skipped. When you purchase a brand new home, you expect to live comfortably for the first couple years. Been here a couple months and have had multiple complaints. My home started getting built in November, I moved in March. After all that time you’d believe it be perfect but it was not. DETAILS DETAILS DETAILS

We are just starting the home building process, but so far it has been outstanding. Chris met with us on Sunday. We had some time constraints that he worked with and got us on our way early. Whenever we have a question, he responds right away and is also very nice!

Great experience with Tim at Ryan’s Homes. He helped us get the home we wanted , went the extra mile for us ! We love Chris and Jon at Weathers Creek! We had lots of questions and concerns about the process (and still do as we're still wrapping things up with them), but at every step they have been communicative, responsive, and helpful. Big kudos to Chris - he is incredibly knowledgeable, but also has a great personality and is so easy to talk to, which really put us at ease through what could have easily been a stressful process! He went out of his way to make this work for us and we appreciate him so much. So excited to move in!

My husband and I had been looking for a home for almost a year. We traveled to Troutman to look at a different neighborhood and was very disappointed in the lack of interest from the sales rep.
We stopped in at Weathers Creek and honestly was expecting the same lackluster response and/or floor plans that we didn’t like. To our surprise we ran into Tim who was a breath of fresh air. He was easy to talk to, professional and he eased our concerns about the loan process (due to us working with a mortgage company prior that S**CKED) and the floor plan fit the needs of our family. We started our home buying process the very next day.
We have had the best experience with Tim (Sales Rep), Jon (Construction Manager) and their preferred lender and we are looking forward to moving into our new home.

My husband and I are first time home buyers and have dealt with Tim as a sales agent and Jonathan as our project manager. From the beginning they have both been incredible! Very patient with our long list of questions, very punctual and quick to answer questions as well as keeping us informed throughout the whole process. We have never felt pressured to make a decision and have had a blast throughout the entire thing. Working with Dave and Joe on my build made what could have been an overwhelming experience very calm. Both of them were very responsive to emails, texts and phone calls, taking the time to answer questions in detail. I was kept informed of the upcoming steps to take as well as the phases of construction as they happened. Even after I moved in they've kept in touch just in case I needed anything, despite their crazy schedules. My home is everything I expected and I'm sure to be very happy here. I couldn't have asked for two better professionals to work with!
