We had previously visited other builders and communities we liked but were still not ready to commit. Our realtor mentioned how nice and helpful Tim was when she reached out to ask about the community, and we immediately had the same impression after speaking with him too. We ended up visiting the area that weekend and thought it seemed like home for us. We love the convenient and beautiful location (near a great park too) and felt comfortable here right away. As a first-time homebuyer, I was very overwhelmed when deciding if I wanted to buy or build. Despite initial concerns stemming from online reviews, I am so grateful to have chosen to build my forever home at Fox Field. Our experience has exceeded all expectations. We are so fortunate to have worked with their senior sales representative Stefani. From the very beginning of the process, she made everything so seamless. During our initial meeting, Stefani took the time to thoroughly go through pricing and upgrade options. She was very transparent ensuring that we had a thorough understanding of all upgrades and costs, eliminating any unwelcome surprises along the way. Her expertise made the process of selecting every detail for our home so enjoyable. She is very knowledgable and knew the answer to any question I had in seconds. As I changed my mind on upgrades and requested adjustments several times, she was extremely quick to respond with any of my needs. I never thought the process of building a new home would be this simple and well planned. We are immensely grateful for Stefani's guidance!

We signed up for the VIP list several months ago…after signing the list we received an e-mail from Ryan homes that they would like to talk to us via video call. We had our first conversation (video call) with Stepani Potter on January 28th, 2024. At that time, we were thinking about a Ranch house offered by Ryan Homes called “Aviano”, but we were not 100% sure. We worked with Stepani and visited her a few times in the next 3 weeks (at the Columbia model home) to finally decide what we wanted to purchase. Stepani was prompt, getting us the answers to all our questions on time working with her management team (Joseph T. Colasurdo) I call him “Mr. Joe” 😊 (very friendly and knowledgeable person). After talking to Stepani and Joe and getting answers to all our questions we felt comfortable with our decision, and we ended up signing the purchase agreement (buying) less than 3 weeks from our initial video call meeting! We are very excited with our decision to purchase Ryan home! Stepani, “Mr. Joe” and Nadia were all very friendly and easy to work with! I truly love my new home. My brother and his wife as well as my father and mother all have built houses in this neighborhood. It has been an excellent experience from start to finish. We were looking all to be close and now being in the same neighborhood is a dream come true. The process to buying, designing and building was all so easy. Everyone you work with is fantastic and care to help you get the best home you can. I truly am so pleased with the final result. We built in 2023, and have been in our home for 6 months. We are thrilled with our choice, and felt extremely supported throughout the process by our sales rep (Jenn Carter), our PM (Shuk) and any warranty claims we've put in (Van). We are loving this sweet neighborhood and our new house!

Nice neighborhood, no complaints with builder Ryan Homes, Sales(Dana), good communication with the PM(Brandon). The allotment is close to food and shopping, and we have enjoyed living here for the last few months.

I have lived at Hidden Village well over three years and I have no reservations owning a Ryan Home. Yes, we did have some warranty issues after moving in, but I will say the response to issues is quick and the warranty team including Hiram Coffey and particularly Mark Gruich, has been more than helpful, often going above and beyond just fixing the problem. Mark has always been informative, polite, and personable, but always performing his due diligence (Col 3:23-24). Hiram Coffey also has been honest and fair in regard to our issues as well. Thank you for your professionalism.

Most recently we’ve battled an issue with a flooring company for more than a year, and the Division Warranty Manager for Ryan Homes, Hiram Coffey, went to bat for us and solved our issue. I seriously knew we would buy a home at South Brook on our first visit. The layout and size of the single level homes are so well planned. Allison Grant and the Ryan home team are just fantastic to work with. We are just starting the construction stage. The up to date information on progress is so detailed. We are impressed with how easy they have made this purchase.

The representatives of Ryan Home have been fabulous from the beginning. They started with pre-construction meetings and handouts to let you know the steps and phases. They provided weekly updates with picture of my home. I’ve been very pleased with this experience.

Allison, Greg, Vinny, Tim, Ethan, and the rest of the team made the build process smooth and easy. Questions were clearly answered. The underwriting process had a few bumps (my job is part private, part government and this caused some confusion ), but those issues were resolved without causing any delays regarding closing/move in etc. We had a minor issue regarding internet wiring, but the team was exceptionally responsive. If you’re in the market, consider SB ranch homes and welcome to the neighborhood.

I purchased a new ranch at Southbrook. Allison Grant (the agent), Tim Kuntz (project manager) Ethan Joseph (project supervisor) were all excellent, to say the least. Knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. The construction team sends weekly emails, with photos, detailing the stage of construction of the house, what's been done, what's coming next, etc. I had walked through the house several times during construction and had questions or things that I had noticed, when mentioned to the construction team, I got a quick response, answering or letting me know about a fix. Allison in particular was knowledgeable about not only the real estate aspects, but also construction details, financing, etc. Highly recommended, and an excellent experience all around.

I made 2 trips to meet with a salesperson, Allison Grant, (she sells the Ranch homes for Ryan) and I can genuinely say she used no pressure and assured me her purpose as a Real Estate Agent was to help. I asked many questions and she patiently responded multiple times. Allison had many good ideas and creative suggestions of how we could purchase and how to make it all possible. She provided excellent guidance and her attentiveness made it all possible. I'm grateful for her services and hope others have the same, if not better, experience working with the sales team at Ryan homes at South Brook.

Kelly was our sales agent with our new home and she was great to work with, very helpful and informative. We purchased a spec home in this community and were so happy to close on it a week ago. Alex was our project manager, he was professional and knowledgeable. Josh was another project manager that assisted us with our new home, he was great to work with and has checked in on us after our move in, and been very helpful. Everyone we worked with were responsive throughout the entire process. Our family is settling into our new home and we are excited to enjoy the neighborhood and meet all of our new neighbors in the coming months. Our boys are enjoying watching all the construction on the new houses being put up.

We are new to the home building process but so far everything has been very smooth! Jeremy is amazing and answers all of our questions. He usually responds within minutes but if he doesn't have the answer right away, he will find a way to answer within a day or two. Overall, they have been very accommodating and we are looking forward to building our home with them!

Since first meeting Courtney on the sales team; working with Jamilah with NVR; and getting to know my Project Manager, Lenny; I am living my dream! They all know what Customer Service means and take it seriously; yet do so in a personal manner that one feels as if they are the only customer. During the construction process I was kept informed and was encouraged to visit my new home. From the day the foundation was poured Concord Village became my new home. Now that I am living here and meeting wonderful neighbors, who I know will become friends; I know I made the right decision and THANK all of them.

Over 2000 sqft. 3 bedrooms and a large living room. In addition we have a fully finished (19x17 ‘) bonus room at the ground level which we turned into a play room for our kids. We do not worry about the landscape and snow. Super convenient location. Great neighborhood for a active life style. Hospital across the street. Superb stores and Costco near by. Crocker park is less then 7 minutes away. Getting on 90 is a breeze with hitting only 2 lights. Love it !

I cannot say enough about Patricia Fehlan and the NVR title agency. My pristine client was at a loss after their lender made a critical error causing their loan to be aborted three days before their schedule possession date. Patti and the team at Ryan home moved everything back in house and got them closed and in their new home in 10 day. That's right. 10! I’m extremely happy with my Ryan Home! From beginning to the end, everyone made me feel important. I would like to give major props to my Project Manager Len Cuturic. He answered all my questions, answered all my calls and put me in complete ease. He’s always busy but made time for me and was always pleasant and patient. I am really happy with Ryan Homes @ concord Village, Avon. So far its been an year and don't feel any regrets. The neighborhood is really great and everything is near by to this community. At Ryan Homes we have a project manager(Lenny), he is so helpful for everything even after 1 year. Whenever you have a concern just reach out to Lenny and this will be resolved asap. My wife and I started our journey with Ryan Homes back in May 2020. We decided on Ryan's Home and the Townhome style as we loved how close we were to the freeway and all surrounding businesses. The Team that worked with Tammy and I throughout the process, from Sales to Financing, were simply amazing. This specifically included Jon our Sales leader and Lenny our Project Mgr. Throughout the build process, we came out each week to check on our progress and Lenny and Jon were always there to answers questions or provide direction on next steps, they were literally only a call away at all times. Working with Dave and Joe on my build made what could have been an overwhelming experience very calm. Both of them were very responsive to emails, texts and phone calls, taking the time to answer questions in detail. I was kept informed of the upcoming steps to take as well as the phases of construction as they happened. Even after I moved in they've kept in touch just in case I needed anything, despite their crazy schedules. My home is everything I expected and I'm sure to be very happy here. I couldn't have asked for two better professionals to work with!
