As a first-time homebuyer, I was very overwhelmed when deciding if I wanted to buy or build. Despite initial concerns stemming from online reviews, I am so grateful to have chosen to build my forever home at Fox Field.
Our experience has exceeded all expectations. We are so fortunate to have worked with their senior sales representative Stefani. From the very beginning of the process, she made everything so seamless.
During our initial meeting, Stefani took the time to thoroughly go through pricing and upgrade options. She was very transparent ensuring that we had a thorough understanding of all upgrades and costs, eliminating any unwelcome surprises along the way. Her expertise made the process of selecting every detail for our home so enjoyable. She is very knowledgable and knew the answer to any question I had in seconds.
As I changed my mind on upgrades and requested adjustments several times, she was extremely quick to respond with any of my needs.
I never thought the process of building a new home would be this simple and well planned. We are immensely grateful for Stefani's guidance!

We are currently finishing our build with Ryan homes in Brookside greens. Ashley Shepherd has been amazing through every step of the process. She explained all the options that comes along with the build and made sure to find the house that fit our families needs. Ashley was great at keeping in contact and getting back with us with any questions we had along the way. As for our construction, the head manager Brett K was outstanding. Every process of the build he would send us weekly updates and even provide us with pictures. He was very accommodating with days and times for us when we were able to come and look at the house in person. They are a great team and highly recommend anyone looking to go through them for future builds with Ryan Homes.

We signed up for the VIP list several months ago…after signing the list we received an e-mail from Ryan homes that they would like to talk to us via video call. We had our first conversation (video call) with Stepani Potter on January 28th, 2024. At that time, we were thinking about a Ranch house offered by Ryan Homes called “Aviano”, but we were not 100% sure. We worked with Stepani and visited her a few times in the next 3 weeks (at the Columbia model home) to finally decide what we wanted to purchase. Stepani was prompt, getting us the answers to all our questions on time working with her management team (Joseph T. Colasurdo) I call him “Mr. Joe” 😊 (very friendly and knowledgeable person). After talking to Stepani and Joe and getting answers to all our questions we felt comfortable with our decision, and we ended up signing the purchase agreement (buying) less than 3 weeks from our initial video call meeting! We are very excited with our decision to purchase Ryan home! Stepani, “Mr. Joe” and Nadia were all very friendly and easy to work with! I would recommend if you are in the market for a new home with great value please see them today before all the lots are gone at “Fox Field”! Happy house hunting!!!

This whole process was great for my family. Ashley Shepherd was amazing from the very beginning. She helped us find what house would be perfect for us, she made the process easier than I imagined it would, and kept in touch every step of the way. Cassie was also great to work with on the financial side of things - she helped us understand step-by-step what needed to be done in order to get our house built. Brett was the construction site manager and he was just awesome. He sent us pictures of the house as it was going up, filled us in on timelines, allowed us to come visit the house as it was being built, allowed family to come with us - he was just awesome. The whole process was quick and easy and now we have a perfect house for our family!

I (Alma) was looking for a quiet & relaxing place to retire. In viewing various areas I came across Waller Mill Heights development and the rest is history now! I fell in love with the homes there & I am now a new owner & it was the best decision that I could have made.
We came down from MD to view the models and I was so pleased. We met Jennifer at the model & right away Jenn was so helpful in making sure that all of my questions were answered!
I’m in my new home here now & I am so grateful for the decision that I’ve made. It’s awesome being in my new home here & everything was built to my satisfaction!
The construction projection manager (Adam) was equally helpful in making sure that I was kept informed from the start to the finish in building my new home & it was finished before the expected time frame!

My home buying experience with Ryan has been wonderful! Amber in sales has been an absolute delight to work with. She has been extremely accommodating, professional, honest, and friendly. She gently guided me through the process and was very patient. Mike, the project manager also rocks! He communicates with me regularly, he knows his stuff and I feel very comfortable in asking any question and confident in his responses. Even my loan agent Lauren has been awesome! She led me through the process with ease providing great clarity in what I thought would be an arduous process. Thanks to the team for the social event where I was able to meet my new neighbors. I have lived at Hidden Village well over three years and I have no reservations owning a Ryan Home. Yes, we did have some warranty issues after moving in, but I will say the response to issues is quick and the warranty team including Hiram Coffey and particularly Mark Gruich, has been more than helpful, often going above and beyond just fixing the problem. Mark has always been informative, polite, and personable, but always performing his due diligence (Col 3:23-24). Hiram Coffey also has been honest and fair in regard to our issues as well.

This is a great community to be a part of. We’ve had a few bumps along the way that were addressed in a timely manner by the Ryan homes warranty team. Most recently we’ve battled an issue with a flooring company for more than a year, and the Division Warranty Manager for Ryan Homes, Hiram Coffey, went to bat for us and solved our issue. Ryan homes really cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to rectify any issues. I’d recommend Ryan homes to anyone and if you have an issue get it addressed. They are there to help! Thanks again Ryan Home and specifically Hiram. I appreciate your efforts and look forward to the resolution.

We had an excellent experience building our daughter's first home. Ashley Shepherd took the time and guided us through the lot selection, home style selection as well as the finish selections. All of our questions were answered and we felt comfortable in our decision thanks to Ashley's guidance. She checked in with us throughout the construction process. In addition, the onsite superintendent, Brett did an excellent job updating us after each major phase of construction. Pictures and updates were sent after the foundation was excavated and poured, framing was complete, mechanicals/insulation were installed, drywall was hung, flooring and cabinets were installed and then performed a final walkthrough at the homes completion. Both Ashley and Brett made the home building process an enjoyable experience.

My wife and I have visited dozens of neighborhoods by many builders and talked with many sales associates while we nailed down our dream purchase and I can honestly say that Michael Ruiz was the absolute best hands down! He was so attentive, personable, genuine, and went out of his way to get us anything we needed. Others can learn a lot from him, even other Ryan associates in the area. Seamless service, Ashley really did a good job when explaining in detail which made a first time buyer like me understand things easily. She was pretty quick to respond via text or call whenever I have a question or two during business hours. She also helped me during the loan processing and made sure all the details are clear. Brett was really cool through out the process and provided updates time to time and kept me in the loop. During the orientation he really provided valuable suggestions and recommendations.
As for the community, this is really a calm and peaceful community. With 10-15 min radius we can get all the required things.

Kathy and Margaret have been awesome! My husband and I had decided to wait until next year to purchase, but Kathy and Margaret found a way to get us in there this year. We haven't broke ground on our home yet, but we're excited for this journey to begin.We are also grateful and thankful for the efforts made by both Kathy and Margaret...couldn't have done this without their diligence. Since we already have our approval, and have made our selections, there's not much more to do (aside from settlement) except wait for our home to be completed! Thank you ladies!

Excellent Service, and great value! Ashley was the most attentive sales associate we could ever find, and she made a huge impact in our decision to purchase with Ryan Homes. Bill made the financial approval service flawless, fast and stress-free. And Brett was extremely responsive and a dedicated project construction manager that kept us up to date from beginning to end. Timelines were met ahead of time, and we were always up to date with deadlines and construction notices. So far, the house has been great! Ryan homes owes me nothing! They have been nothing but great to my family. Noel, Jeremy, and Justin are amazing! Chris stepped in one day when Noel was off and was super pleasant. This team makes sure every job is completed to perfection.
Being across the county it was hard to visualize and make certain selections for the home. Noel helped me design this house to a T and I have no regrets! I almost gave up hope with ever owning a home. Not only did Noel get my head back in the game, but he gave me advice that will live with me forever. My initial lender couldn’t make the deal happen and Noel found another way instantly.
While the home was being built Jeremy and Justin sent pictures with weekly updates. After closing Justin calls to make sure that everything is going well. I needed help with an appliance and he contacted a Jeremy ASAP! Within minutes Jeremy solved the problem. Jeremy is super dependable and very knowledgeable in his field. These guys really love their profession and it shows. I will definitely be referring all my friends and family to Ryan homes.

We are so excited to be moving into Williams Grove! This is our first home together and will be extra special for us for this reason, but also because my lovely fiance even proposed on our LOT a couple of weeks ago!!! Katrena has been so helpful in this process and has answered all of our questions (we have had a TON) and so has their in house lender Jose! The whole team has made this process super smooth and we can't wait to see the finished product. My husband and I have absolutely loved her experience with Ryan Homes at Williams Grove. This is our second new build home, and this time around has been so much better than the original. Ryan Homes makes buying a new home simple but keeps you in the loop for everything. While we did shop around for another lender, their in-house lender ended up being the best for us ( and bonus we got an incentive to use them ! ). This community is perfectly spaced so that you have enough room to really enjoy your own home and land while also being able to support a community environment. We also loved that this community is far enough away from the city to not worry about the hustle and bustle all the time, but close enough to every day needs. A quick 10 minute drive gets you to pretty much everything you would need, as well as other activities. Simply put, we are absolutely in love and cannot wait to move in.

We have had an awesome experience at Ryan Homes and our new house in Woodlands at Morrow. My fiancé and I bought here last October and the house was ready to go in 6 months. Kiki in sales was great and extremely helpful.
But let me tell you about the superstar - Dave Brown. If you’re buying here, pray for him to be your project manager. He has been nothing but professional, punctual, and respectful of our time in our new home. As with any new construction built through winter, there may be some leftover items due to weather and such. Nonetheless, Dave has made what we thought would be a daunting process, extremely easy and carefree.
These guys go 110% above and beyond the call to make sure your house is as perfect as it can be for you. I couldn’t have asked for someone better than Dave to help us get it even more perfect and finalize leftover items in a very timely manner.

We are very pleased with the attention to detail in our home. Any concerns we had were nothing outside of a typical new build experience, and all were addressed promptly. Michelle, our sales rep, was also a great help in ensuring we got the specific lot and home we were looking for. Our overall experience has exceeded expectations.

After my wife and I looking semi-seriously for a home for nearly a year, Marc at Ryan Homes was able to find us a home that met nearly every criteria we had. He was very knowledgeable about every aspect of what they offered, pricing, availability of adjustments, and timeline expectations. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that we were able to get what we needed out of a home, and has made the initial purchasing process as pain free and confidence inspiring as possible. Mini with the mortgage team has also been amazing to work with. While we are still close to the beginning of this process, I will try and update this review as we continue throughout the build. Now that our house is halfway finished, I must say we are very pleased with everything and everyone. Cassie and Stephanie in the office, have been very helpful with all the paperwork! Scott, the building manager, has been great with weekly updates on the progress and what will happen next. And the workers, are wonderful! They are doing an awesome job! They are always working hard. My wife and I was looking for a few months for a new home. We went to different communities to find the right one. I wanted to thank Courtney Jackson for being so professional and informative. She went above our expectations, even not knowing the area she help us tremendously to know the community different places around. Courtney also walk us through the different lots and we found the one we liked. Then after walking us through the process, Courtney has called consistently every Monday to check in on us. Any questionsduring the construction process and after she always answers, and answers pretty fast. Also Richard who calls every Friday with updates about our property and has answered every single question thus far with no hesitancy. I'm very satisfied and happy with our home. My wife and I have been home searching for 2 1/2 years with no luck so we decided to try out Ryan Homes and we had the best experience thanks to Courtney! We were very nervous at first being first time home buyers but she made the process smooth very helpful and always honest with everything, she didn’t try to upsell us and gave us good tips. We landed in a great neighborhood. Even after we moved in she still checks up on us and we can call her anytime and she’ll be glad to help us thank you Courtney for the awesome experience!!!! One thing that is really disappointing is the lack of information that shared about the neighborhood power grind, it’s the worst one small gust of wind, rain, snow and the power goes…. This should be mentioned before purchasing before find out the hard way.

I’m giving Ryan Homes a 5 star solely because of Courtney Jackson. We ran into multiple issues throughout the building process and if it wasn’t for her, I don’t think they would’ve been addressed as urgently. She was the most communicative out of everyone we dealt with and made sure to stay on top of things. Her goal was always to make sure our needs were being met and we were comfortable with everything we were going through. Courtney was a dream to work with and I can’t imagine us surviving the process if it wasn’t for her!!!!

Our first run in with Ryan homes and working with Dan was awful. We had had many things go wrong and were lied to by representatives of Ryan Homes. The only reason I rated this place a 5 was due to Courtney and her continuous guest focused approach. She is a problem solver, she’s a committed representative of Ryan Homes and goes above and beyond for her clients. She was able to convey our concerns to her leadership team to address the ongoing lies and lack of care to quickly resolve our concerns as best they could be. I would still love for leadership to address the other issues, but I thank Courtney for being the only one whom cares for her residents. If it wasn’t for her, we would still be at square one.

We built with Ryan in the woodlands and moved in about two months ago. Honestly it was the best experience. I highly recommend going and talking to Courtney if it wasn't for her I don't think we would have moved here. She was so helpful from start to finish keeping me in the loop. She helped me stay on top of things and was available anytime I had a question. You can tell she really cares about people getting in a home that works for them. We are so happy with our home and the neighborhood. I can't say enough about this experience and beautiful place to live.

Highly recommend building a house with the team in Woodlands in Morrow. Our experience started out with Dan Puel. Dan was very professional, responsive, and was able to get us into a house for the price we could afford. He called me regularly to make sure everything was going smooth after the Sales process. Elizabeth Galan on the finance side of things was also great to work with she was very nice, and had answers to all of my questions. Throughout the process our Project Manager Kevin Danbury was awesome. Kevin was on the ball throughout the whole process, he called every week to give me updates, and asked me if I had any questions. Anytime we identified a problem it was not even questioned but instead immediately corrected. We have been in the house for a little over two weeks now and everything is great. Make sure to ask for Dan when you inquire about a new home, and definitely take advantage of having such a great project manager like Kevin Danbury.

Since first meeting Courtney on the sales team; working with Jamilah with NVR; and getting to know my Project Manager, Lenny; I am living my dream! They all know what Customer Service means and take it seriously; yet do so in a personal manner that one feels as if they are the only customer. During the construction process I was kept informed and was encouraged to visit my new home. From the day the foundation was poured Concord Village became my new home. Now that I am living here and meeting wonderful neighbors, who I know will become friends; I know I made the right decision and THANK all of them.

Buying at tanyard shores villas has been and continues to be a terrific experience. Jill, the salesperson and BJ, the project manager, were extremely helpful and responsive. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and addressed all my concerns. They were always courteous and sweet and made me feel comfortable and that I wasn’t a bother. The quality of the work of the home is excellent and I am enjoying watching the community take shape as more of the villas are finished and the new owners move in.
I look forward to phase 2 when the other homes will be built and to the amenities and social aspects of the neighborhood starting up after Covid is fully over. Should be an awesome place to live!

Courtney was amazing throughout my entire build process from start to finish. She was excellent with weekly updates, as well as if something new came up. She always replied quickly to my texts, and seemed to genuinely care that my experience was enjoyable while keeping me in the loop. Kevin was also excellent with weekly updates, and working with me through the build and after. I would definitely work with both of them again.

So from jump, Courtney has been taking fantastic care of us. Let me tell you, she told us everything ahead of any contract talk so we could make an informed decision — with no pressure. We elected to build with her based on that alone, and I am so glad we decided to!
First she went above and beyond in finding different lots that we were trying to find for our big family. Then after walking us through the process, Courtney has called consistently every Monday to check in on us. Oh did I have a question? Just text her. She always answers, and answers pretty fast. Then you got Kevin who calls every Friday with updates about our property and has answered every single question thus far with no hesitancy.
Really, the tight ship ran here, Courtney and Kevin’s eagerness to take care of a single issue before it becomes a problem, is really reassuring through this process as first time home buyer.

I just moved into my house this past week, and I couldn’t be happier. The moment the new phase of homes opened I received a phone call from Courtney, the next day I purchased my home. I could not have been luckier to have had her throughout this whole process. Kevin was my contractor (having both of them was like hitting the lottery.) Both are super professional, extremely knowledgeable, and make you feel truly valued. I honestly looked forward to the weekly phone calls, and updates from both of them. We are in the building process, currently have a closing date of May 28, 2021. I was 100% against building a home, but my wife convinced me to look into it and we had our first meeting with Dan Puhl. Dan was amazing from the start, he knew what we wanted, didn’t try to pressure us into buying, and was great with keeping in touch as we started this process.
Before our build started we had a meeting Kevin the project manager. Since this meeting Kevin and Dan have been in contact with me every week, I am never in the dark and always know what the game plan is. These two have made this process so smooth and even fun.
Knowing I can call either of them at a moments notice is the best feeling, and I know I will always get the answers I need from them. Thank you Dan and Kevin for playing a huge role in making our dream home come to life!!! Over 2000 sqft. 3 bedrooms and a large living room. In addition we have a fully finished (19x17 ‘) bonus room at the ground level which we turned into a play room for our kids. We do not worry about the landscape and snow.
Super convenient location. Great neighborhood for a active life style. Hospital across the street. Superb stores and Costco near by. Crocker park is less then 7 minutes away. Getting on 90 is a breeze with hitting only 2 lights. Love it !

I cannot say enough about Patricia Fehlan and the NVR title agency. My pristine client was at a loss after their lender made a critical error causing their loan to be aborted three days before their schedule possession date. Patti and the team at Ryan home moved everything back in house and got them closed and in their new home in 10 day. That's right. 10! Best service throughout the entire process and my client could not be any happier with them. Thank you so much for your VERY hard work.

He answered all my questions, answered all my calls and put me in complete ease. He’s always busy but made time for me and was always pleasant and patient. Working with Tanyard Shores 55+ Villas at Ryan Homes new construction home community was a great experience and they offered excellent service. They are customer oriented, and considerate of the client's needs. Jill Wooten, the sales representative, offered options and collaborated with the builder for certain amenities to help the client create the home of their dreams. They give their clients constant updates on the progress of the home construction and community developments. I would recommend visiting Tanyard Shores and creating your dream home.

We had our Tanyard Shores villa built by Ryan Homes and are very pleased with the quality and comfort of our new home. It’s been three months since we moved in and have had no problems with our villa. Andrew, the Project Manager, kept us informed weekly and answered all our questions as our villa was being built. If there was an issue, he quickly had it fixed. We are very happy with the community as it continues to grow and are looking forward to using all the fabulous amenities this spring and summer.

So far its been an year and don't feel any regrets. The neighborhood is really great and everything is near by to this community. My wife and I started our journey with Ryan Homes back in May 2020. We decided on Ryan's Home and the Townhome style as we loved how close we were to the freeway and all surrounding businesses. The Team that worked with Tammy and I throughout the process, from Sales to Financing, were simply amazing. This specifically included Jon our Sales leader and Lenny our Project Mgr. Throughout the build process, we came out each week to check on our progress and Lenny and Jon were always there to answers questions or provide direction on next steps, they were literally only a call away at all times. This allowed the process to be stress free and allowed my Family to focus on our new home in our new neighborhood and City. I would recommend this Ryan's Home Team to anyone who wants the best experience you can have in building a new home!! On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, I would rate Ryan's Home, and the Team of Jon, Lenny and Steven/Brittney (NVR Mortgage) with a 10 star rating!

I personally have worked in the housing industry for 20+ years. For the price point Ryan hands down has the best product. As far as the staff is concerned, Dan and Courtney have been great to work with. From the first day we walked into the model they listened to what we wanted in not just a home but a community. They only had to show my wife and I two lots and both were great but the second lot was exactly what we were looking for. And as far as floor plan they did not try and push anything on us they gave us the options that we asked for and we chose the1918. To date this has been a very smooth beginning to what I have no doubt to be a great ending. The neighborhood is beautiful. Love all the greenspace. Morrow has a lot to offer in the sense of peacefulness, beautiful nature and views of rolling hills. Ryan Homes sales consult Dan Puhl has been a pleasure to work with. My sister just signed a contract to build and it has been a great process so far. It is early on, so hopefully the build goes smoothly with no quality issues.

Courtney Jackson was so informational and patient during our buying process. We bought a market ready home that someone else had designed and was unable to buy. Courtney answered almost 250 questions, helped us through our emotional desicion to buy and has still supported questions and feels like family. The best part of meeting Courtney; she stayed up until midnight on a Saturday night to make sure our deal was sealed and we had a scheduled closing date!!

I must start off my saying Courtney and our builders were amazing! Courtney made it possible for my husband and I to purchase our first home from several states over. We moved from down south and I can’t tell you enough how thankful we were to have our first home built with putting all of our trust in to this team. Once we arrived for our closing we fell in love with our new home and could not wait to move in. So we have be in our home for almost 6 months and love it. Great job!
