My family and I are newer residents to SC and the Greenville area. We were looking to buy more affordable homes and met with Tim at Baker Grove which is a brand new community opening by Ryan Homes. We had previously visited other builders and communities we liked but were still not ready to commit. Our realtor mentioned how nice and helpful Tim was when she reached out to ask about the community, and we immediately had the same impression after speaking with him too. We ended up visiting the area that weekend and thought it seemed like home for us. We love the convenient and beautiful location (near a great park too) and felt comfortable here right away. If you're looking for a new home I'd recommend checking out Baker Grove and reaching out to Tim.

We decided to build with this development and we couldn't be happier. While there are many negative stories out there, we have had a wonderful experience. This amazing team, particularly Jenn and Brandon, helped to make our dream home a reality. They made sure we understood the process, where things could go wrong but assuring us they make things right, and following up on all questions, even after closing. Thisnteam was true to their word. We were hesitant on using Ryan once hearing stories from others but we can honestly say the building process was great. Brandon, the project manager, is phenomenal. We were building from out of state and he kept us up to date on everything, addressed any concerns as soon as they came up, and was extremely professional throughout the entire process. We’ve been in our home for a few months now and Corey, the warranty manager is equally great. There were a couple of minor items we had addressed post move in and he took care of them right away. We would highly recommend the Ryan team utilized for the construction of our home.

I’m a new resident of this development and let me just tell you. I did this entire process from out of state and Brandon our Project Manager and Jen the representative from ryan homes made this entire process so smooth, easy, kept me up to date weekly, daily, emailed me back at hours of the night. In addition the project manager has made sure this community is constructed with unbelievable quality. I have owned a home before and have worked in construction along my father my entire life. These homes are built very well and exceeded my expectations. My home was finished in time as well. This community has a star team working here. I seriously would not hesitate to build. I would do it all over again!!

We had an amazing experience throughout our first and second visits. Kari and Nick are very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate. They are not pushy. I had written an earlier review that seems like it’s been deleted. But I wanted to write this to echo my previous review and note that we’ve had a wonderful experience with Ryan Homes, and we’d highly recommend them (in particular given the alternative like Stanley William in the area). We started looking for a house in April after getting notice that our rent was going way up. We didn’t know at the time that Ryan Homes were appointment only for tours. But I give them major credit because Kumar took us in right open arms and found time to tour us around the units. I give him major kudos because I to think that —aside from the sale on their end— he seemed genuinely interested in helping us find a home that met our needs. He also introduced us to finance options we never would’ve known existed for first time homebuyers in Maryland, which were absolutely critical for us in settling on a home. Once we realized we wanted a home, I have nothing bad to say about anything in the home buying process. When we signed into our home, we met Michelle, who wasn’t part of our sales process but introduced herself when we were signing the documents on our home and made us feel welcome. As first time homebuyers, the folks at Ryan homes really made us feel like the process was special; and we were very excited to be a part of it. After we signed the documents on our home, we met our project manager Addie, who went above and beyond in every regard possible. Addie answered every question we could’ve thought of during our final walk through of our home. Ahead of closing, she was also phenomenal in terms of answering questions and helping us prepared for our move (which we were particularly grateful for given a delay in our move-in to the house). She’s also gone above and beyond in the weeks since then, answering questions about our home and maintenance when we’ve reached out in a timely manner with great detail. The one final note I’d leave for first time homebuyers is to plan for extra time ahead of the move. We were told at the start we’d be able to meet a June 11th settlement date (which we needed to meet given the end of our lease date) but didn’t settle on the home until a full 10 days later. Do I fault Ryan homes directly for this? No, as the house was fully completed by this date and could’ve been moved into by then. I do caution though that we worked with the prefer lender (NVR), and it’s still not clear to us why our settlement was delayed so much or why we couldn’t have settled sooner when our final loan approval came in a full week before we finally settled. In any case, consider planning for extra time if you’re a first time homebuyer or someone who’s working on a tight deadline, especially if you’re using NVR as your lender.

Being a first time home buyer. Jamilah and Kelly made the home buying process easy. I appreciate the fact that they let me know what is expected next. Buying a home causes me a lot of anxiety. But Jamilah and Kelly are available to answer my questions and calm my fears. We are doing all of this from out of state. But I feel confident with them helping along with the process. I would Highly recommend Jamilah Hamdan and Kelly Petrus they are the best!!!

This was our first time building a home and it was absolutely amazing. Derek , Rodger, Jenn and the project Manager Brandon were absolutely phenomenal!! We couldn't have asked for a better team!! Thank you so much we love our home!!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Ryan Homes at Belcrest Hills! As first time homebuyers, the process can be intimidating and overwhelming. The sales team was super accommodating, transparent and informative. Of course we were skeptical of some of the things they were saying at first (we are conscientious consumers after all), but everything they said came to fruition (i.e.: if they say "get in now, limited time promotion" believe them). The process then transitioned seamlessly to the project manager who has been extremely helpful in navigating our new home (warranties, maintenance, etc.) and then another seamless transition to the warranty team. Every team has gone above and beyond. They even had a new homebuyers social where we got to meet some of our new neighbors and to say we are excited about the neighborhood is an understatement. Everyone is so nice and welcoming- great energy. Also, you can't beat the location, everything is a walkable and convenient. We are so grateful!

My mom and I are currently building in this community from Florida. We have been getting weekly pictures from John Petrus who has been phenomenal in keeping us in the loop on the progress of our home. It's amazing to see how much is completed each week. I cant wait to see the home in person for the first time and to get closer to family!

Ryan homes is the best option in New home construction always reasonably fast build process while meeting all codes and inspections along the way armada poured walls for foundations I would recommend both to be a part of ur experience!

My wife and I just moved into our new home a few weeks ago. Meghan was our sales rep, and she made the process very smooth. We had an idea of what we wanted, but she really went above and beyond to help us pick out selections, colors, and the different options available. She made the daunting task of those selections very simple and even provided great feedback of pros and cons of different options, which was extremely helpful as we went down a list of what seemed like hundreds of options. Once we started the build process, we started working regularly with Jason, who held weekly update calls with us, answered a bunch of questions, and walked us through every step. Jason was extremely responsive, even if we randomly texted late at night or on the weekend with random questions as we walked through our build after hours. He welcomed our independent inspectors, was extremely flexible with coordinating those meetings, and was very transparent with conflicts, as they always arise in construction. Even after closing, Jason still keeps in touch, stopping by or texting/calling to make sure everything is going well. The entire team has been amazing to work with. I have built a home previously with another builder, and was very nervous about re-living those nightmares, but Meghan and Jason knocked it out of the park with Ryan Homes and I wanted to make sure we shared our experience with others who may be thinking about building.

The Team here at Northwest Fortville made buying a home less stressful than we feared. Meghan helped us with our options and Jason was our Project Manager. There are so many stories about building a home that we were anxious. From breaking ground to the finishing touches our PM, Jason, was wonderful. I feel he went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and confident in the work being done. He welcomed our private inspector for a pre drywall inspection and we did not have any issues other than things that were already being fixed like a broken window from the build process. We closed on our house just over two months ago and he still stops to check on how things are going and to talk to our family. Based on our experience with Jason we would recommend building with Ryan homes.

From the moment we walked into the model home we knew this was the home for us! We bought our first Ryan home over 15 years ago and I was not impressed and vowed to never again by a Ryan home! Well I was mistaken because they have had 15 years to improve on the quality of building the prefect home and they hit a home run with the new ranch style construction and we not only love our new home, we absolutely adore it! Everyone we worked with were responsive throughout the entire process. Our family is settling into our new home and we are excited to enjoy the neighborhood and meet all of our new neighbors in the coming months. We’ve had a 5 star experience with Ryan homes. I was going to save my review until closing day, but Casey Devine has been so professional & helpful during the home build process that we started June 14th. She’s everything that I expected from a New home Sales Rep, Thank you Casey! From our Loan Officer Jamilah Hamdan & the Project Mgr. John Petrus, whom we just met with today we’re very pleased. I’m hoping that once our home is complete, we won’t have any issues. I’ll write an update upon completion. I wanted to add an update to my review it’s August 14th. John our Project Mgr., has been excellent with updating us on what’s next, sending pictures, asking if we have any questions. So far, everything has been on schedule for the dates he’s given us. It’s October 10th and everything is going well, no negatives to report. John Petrus has been awesome sending the progress photos and we’ve driven to the community a few times and loved how the home is coming along. They’ve sold a lot of lots since August and new homes are going up each week. Jamilah H, responds to any questions that we have. Everything is good at this time. I’ll update at closing. It’s November 9th and we closed on our new home today. I have nothing negative to say at all, things went according to plan. The walkthrough had a few minor issues that have all been addressed. I’m hoping that we don’t have any major issues after moving in. Overall, this was a great experience. Mark, our salesperson, was and is so kind and understanding! He’s very thorough about all the details we need to know! He even answered my call when he was on vacation! Cassie, our loan officer, is just as great! She helped us make a plan for our loan. She gave us options that would help keep money in our pocket, or lower our monthly mortgage payment! We are very happy with everything so far! We can wait to break ground on our new home!!

Having conducted considerable research across a vast geography, we decided to learn more about Legion Heights. Although we were familiar with the area, we do not live nearby, so we began our meetings with Heather virtually. Heather was very thorough in her presentation of the Caroline model, its features, the many options available, pricing, and the construction process for the home. After phone calls and video conferences with Heather, who answered all our questions with thoughtful, detailed responses, we decided to take the next step and drive to Canandaigua to meet Heather and the team for a walk-through of the model and see the property in person. Heather detailed the features and benefits of the home, and we were impressed with the quality we saw. In fact, we were sold, and we decided to be the first to purchase the Caroline model, the perfect combination of style and space. We have recently begun the construction phase of our home with Heather’s colleague, Project Manager Steve Calnon. Along with Heather, Steve led us through an informative pre-construction video conference where we verified our options, confirmed selections, and reviewed the expected timeline together. Cons: - Homes are very close together with minimal yard space and privacy. I’d suggest putting additional thought into choosing the right lot for your family.

Very nice floor model of the Carolina Place floor plan. Ryan staff was knowledgeable and not pushy. We were interested in a different area but liked this layout, so we made the drive. Was worth it to see it in person.
