My family and I are newer residents to SC and the Greenville area. We were looking to buy more affordable homes and met with Tim at Baker Grove which is a brand new community opening by Ryan Homes. We had previously visited other builders and communities we liked but were still not ready to commit. Our realtor mentioned how nice and helpful Tim was when she reached out to ask about the community, and we immediately had the same impression after speaking with him too. We ended up visiting the area that weekend and thought it seemed like home for us. We love the convenient and beautiful location (near a great park too) and felt comfortable here right away. If you're looking for a new home I'd recommend checking out Baker Grove and reaching out to Tim.

I truly love my new home. My brother and his wife as well as my father and mother all have built houses in this neighborhood. It has been an excellent experience from start to finish. We were looking all to be close and now being in the same neighborhood is a dream come true. The process to buying, designing and building was all so easy. Everyone you work with is fantastic and care to help you get the best home you can. I truly am so pleased with the final result. Nice neighborhood, no complaints with builder Ryan Homes, Sales(Dana), good communication with the PM(Brandon). The allotment is close to food and shopping, and we have enjoyed living here for the last few months.

I have lived at Hidden Village well over three years and I have no reservations owning a Ryan Home. Yes, we did have some warranty issues after moving in, but I will say the response to issues is quick and the warranty team including Hiram Coffey and particularly Mark Gruich, has been more than helpful, often going above and beyond just fixing the problem. Mark has always been informative, polite, and personable, but always performing his due diligence (Col 3:23-24). Hiram Coffey also has been honest and fair in regard to our issues as well. Thank you for your professionalism.

This is our first time building a new home and everyone with Ryan Homes has made this an easy process. Our Sales Rep, Mark, lead us through the initial process and helped us with our selections for the perfect home for our family! Our Project Manager, Ross, has been excellent throughout the entire construction process. Communication has been great - we are always kept up to date on the progress of our home's construction and if we had any questions or concerns, they were addressed promptly and with the utmost professionalism. The Lake Manor development is going to be a great place to raise our family in the years to come!

The experience has been phenomenal! From the very beginning working with Mark throughout the sales process to the build process with Ross, everything has been amazing. As with any build, there have been minor issues that come about, but Ross has been amazing and addressed them before we can even bring them up. My wife and I just moved into our new home a few weeks ago. Meghan was our sales rep, and she made the process very smooth. We had an idea of what we wanted, but she really went above and beyond to help us pick out selections, colors, and the different options available. She made the daunting task of those selections very simple and even provided great feedback of pros and cons of different options, which was extremely helpful as we went down a list of what seemed like hundreds of options. Once we started the build process, we started working regularly with Jason, who held weekly update calls with us, answered a bunch of questions, and walked us through every step. Jason was extremely responsive, even if we randomly texted late at night or on the weekend with random questions as we walked through our build after hours. He welcomed our independent inspectors, was extremely flexible with coordinating those meetings, and was very transparent with conflicts, as they always arise in construction. Even after closing, Jason still keeps in touch, stopping by or texting/calling to make sure everything is going well. The entire team has been amazing to work with. I have built a home previously with another builder, and was very nervous about re-living those nightmares, but Meghan and Jason knocked it out of the park with Ryan Homes and I wanted to make sure we shared our experience with others who may be thinking about building.

The Team here at Northwest Fortville made buying a home less stressful than we feared. Meghan helped us with our options and Jason was our Project Manager. There are so many stories about building a home that we were anxious. From breaking ground to the finishing touches our PM, Jason, was wonderful. I feel he went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and confident in the work being done. He welcomed our private inspector for a pre drywall inspection and we did not have any issues other than things that were already being fixed like a broken window from the build process. We closed on our house just over two months ago and he still stops to check on how things are going and to talk to our family. Based on our experience with Jason we would recommend building with Ryan homes.

Most of the reviews you may see here are based on individual experiences on building a home with Ryan homes. Our story is a bit different. We started initial work to build a home at Cranberry creek. From the beginning, we had the luxury of working with a staff that was professional, friendly and committed to their job. We made a down payment and finalized the home design. Our loan was about to get approved. However, all of a sudden we had to abandon the house building plan due to unprecedented financial hardships that we had to face. Apart from giving up the house, we were so worried that we would lose our down payment as well. We owe a big thank for Jenna Luketic (our Ryan homes agent) for stepping up to help us and working hard with the upper management for getting our down payment money back to us. It was never expected, and an enormous help and we have no words to thank Jenna and all the staff at Ryan homes Cranberry creek. Even after spending hours and hours of their time for interviews and paperwork, they earned nothing from us. Our experience reflects the kind heart of Jenna and rest of the staff at Ryan homes. Therefore, we highly recommend building your dream home with Ryan homes.

Granddaughter purchased a home there that is being built as I write this. Went to do a walkthrough last night and we were very impressed. The two gentlemen who were cleaning up after drywalling, were so accommodating and polite. The homes were nice and the Christmas 🎄 lights were beautiful. I believe they are going to be very happy there.

We are new to the home building process but so far everything has been very smooth! Jeremy is amazing and answers all of our questions. He usually responds within minutes but if he doesn't have the answer right away, he will find a way to answer within a day or two. Overall, they have been very accommodating and we are looking forward to building our home with them!

Since first meeting Courtney on the sales team; working with Jamilah with NVR; and getting to know my Project Manager, Lenny; I am living my dream! Over 2000 sqft. 3 bedrooms and a large living room. In addition we have a fully finished (19x17 ‘) bonus room at the ground level which we turned into a play room for our kids. We do not worry about the landscape and snow. Super convenient location. Great neighborhood for a active life style. Hospital across the street. Superb stores and Costco near by. Crocker park is less then 7 minutes away. Getting on 90 is a breeze with hitting only 2 lights. Love it !

My pristine client was at a loss after their lender made a critical error causing their loan to be aborted three days before their schedule possession date. Patti and the team at Ryan home moved everything back in house and got them closed and in their new home in 10 day. That's right. 10! I’m extremely happy with my Ryan Home! From beginning to the end, everyone made me feel important. I would like to give major props to my Project Manager Len Cuturic. I am really happy with Ryan Homes @ concord Village, Avon. So far its been an year and don't feel any regrets. The neighborhood is really great and everything is near by to this community. Working with Dave and Joe on my build made what could have been an overwhelming experience very calm. Both of them were very responsive to emails, texts and phone calls, taking the time to answer questions in detail. I was kept informed of the upcoming steps to take as well as the phases of construction as they happened. Even after I moved in they've kept in touch just in case I needed anything, despite their crazy schedules. My home is everything I expected and I'm sure to be very happy here. I couldn't have asked for two better professionals to work with!
