Despite initial concerns stemming from online reviews, I am so grateful to have chosen to build my forever home at Fox Field. Our experience has exceeded all expectations. We are so fortunate to have worked with their senior sales representative Stefani. From the very beginning of the process, she made everything so seamless. During our initial meeting, Stefani took the time to thoroughly go through pricing and upgrade options. She was very transparent ensuring that we had a thorough understanding of all upgrades and costs, eliminating any unwelcome surprises along the way. Her expertise made the process of selecting every detail for our home so enjoyable. She is very knowledgable and knew the answer to any question I had in seconds. As I changed my mind on upgrades and requested adjustments several times, she was extremely quick to respond with any of my needs. I never thought the process of building a new home would be this simple and well planned. We are immensely grateful for Stefani's guidance!

We signed up for the VIP list several months ago…after signing the list we received an e-mail from Ryan homes that they would like to talk to us via video call. We had our first conversation (video call) with Stepani Potter on January 28th, 2024. At that time, we were thinking about a Ranch house offered by Ryan Homes called “Aviano”, but we were not 100% sure. We worked with Stepani and visited her a few times in the next 3 weeks (at the Columbia model home) to finally decide what we wanted to purchase. Stepani was prompt, getting us the answers to all our questions on time working with her management team (Joseph T. Colasurdo) I call him “Mr. Joe” 😊 (very friendly and knowledgeable person). After talking to Stepani and Joe and getting answers to all our questions we felt comfortable with our decision, and we ended up signing the purchase agreement (buying) less than 3 weeks from our initial video call meeting! We are very excited with our decision to purchase Ryan home! Stepani, “Mr. Joe” and Nadia were all very friendly and easy to work with! I seriously knew we would buy a home at South Brook on our first visit. The layout and size of the single level homes are so well planned. Allison Grant and the Ryan home team are just fantastic to work with. We are just starting the construction stage. The up to date information on progress is so detailed. We are impressed with how easy they have made this purchase.

The representatives of Ryan Home have been fabulous from the beginning. They started with pre-construction meetings and handouts to let you know the steps and phases. They provided weekly updates with picture of my home. I’ve been very pleased with this experience.

Allison, Greg, Vinny, Tim, Ethan, and the rest of the team made the build process smooth and easy. Questions were clearly answered. The underwriting process had a few bumps (my job is part private, part government and this caused some confusion ), but those issues were resolved without causing any delays regarding closing/move in etc. We had a minor issue regarding internet wiring, but the team was exceptionally responsive. If you’re in the market, consider SB ranch homes and welcome to the neighborhood.

My mom and I are currently building in this community from Florida. We have been getting weekly pictures from John Petrus who has been phenomenal in keeping us in the loop on the progress of our home. It's amazing to see how much is completed each week. I cant wait to see the home in person for the first time and to get closer to family!

My wife and I just moved into our new home a few weeks ago. Meghan was our sales rep, and she made the process very smooth. We had an idea of what we wanted, but she really went above and beyond to help us pick out selections, colors, and the different options available. She made the daunting task of those selections very simple and even provided great feedback of pros and cons of different options, which was extremely helpful as we went down a list of what seemed like hundreds of options. Once we started the build process, we started working regularly with Jason, who held weekly update calls with us, answered a bunch of questions, and walked us through every step. Jason was extremely responsive, even if we randomly texted late at night or on the weekend with random questions as we walked through our build after hours. He welcomed our independent inspectors, was extremely flexible with coordinating those meetings, and was very transparent with conflicts, as they always arise in construction. Even after closing, Jason still keeps in touch, stopping by or texting/calling to make sure everything is going well. The entire team has been amazing to work with. I have built a home previously with another builder, and was very nervous about re-living those nightmares, but Meghan and Jason knocked it out of the park with Ryan Homes and I wanted to make sure we shared our experience with others who may be thinking about building.

The Team here at Northwest Fortville made buying a home less stressful than we feared. Meghan helped us with our options and Jason was our Project Manager. There are so many stories about building a home that we were anxious. From breaking ground to the finishing touches our PM, Jason, was wonderful. I feel he went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and confident in the work being done. He welcomed our private inspector for a pre drywall inspection and we did not have any issues other than things that were already being fixed like a broken window from the build process. We closed on our house just over two months ago and he still stops to check on how things are going and to talk to our family. Based on our experience with Jason we would recommend building with Ryan homes.

From the moment we walked into the model home we knew this was the home for us! We bought our first Ryan home over 15 years ago and I was not impressed and vowed to never again by a Ryan home! Well I was mistaken because they have had 15 years to improve on the quality of building the prefect home and they hit a home run with the new ranch style construction and we not only love our new home, we absolutely adore it! I purchased a new ranch at Southbrook. Allison Grant (the agent), Tim Kuntz (project manager) Ethan Joseph (project supervisor) were all excellent, to say the least. Knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. The construction team sends weekly emails, with photos, detailing the stage of construction of the house, what's been done, what's coming next, etc. I had walked through the house several times during construction and had questions or things that I had noticed, when mentioned to the construction team, I got a quick response, answering or letting me know about a fix. Allison in particular was knowledgeable about not only the real estate aspects, but also construction details, financing, etc. Highly recommended, and an excellent experience all around.

I made 2 trips to meet with a salesperson, Allison Grant, (she sells the Ranch homes for Ryan) and I can genuinely say she used no pressure and assured me her purpose as a Real Estate Agent was to help. I asked many questions and she patiently responded multiple times. Allison had many good ideas and creative suggestions of how we could purchase and how to make it all possible. She provided excellent guidance and her attentiveness made it all possible. Kelly was our sales agent with our new home and she was great to work with, very helpful and informative. We purchased a spec home in this community and were so happy to close on it a week ago. Alex was our project manager, he was professional and knowledgeable. Josh was another project manager that assisted us with our new home, he was great to work with and has checked in on us after our move in, and been very helpful. Everyone we worked with were responsive throughout the entire process. Our family is settling into our new home and we are excited to enjoy the neighborhood and meet all of our new neighbors in the coming months. Our boys are enjoying watching all the construction on the new houses being put up.

We’ve had a 5 star experience with Ryan homes. I was going to save my review until closing day, but Casey Devine has been so professional & helpful during the home build process that we started June 14th. She’s everything that I expected from a New home Sales Rep, Thank you Casey! From our Loan Officer Jamilah Hamdan & the Project Mgr. John Petrus, whom we just met with today we’re very pleased. I’m hoping that once our home is complete, we won’t have any issues. I’ll write an update upon completion. I wanted to add an update to my review it’s August 14th. John our Project Mgr., has been excellent with updating us on what’s next, sending pictures, asking if we have any questions. So far, everything has been on schedule for the dates he’s given us. It’s October 10th and everything is going well, no negatives to report. John Petrus has been awesome sending the progress photos and we’ve driven to the community a few times and loved how the home is coming along. They’ve sold a lot of lots since August and new homes are going up each week. Jamilah H, responds to any questions that we have. Everything is good at this time. I’ll update at closing. It’s November 9th and we closed on our new home today. I have nothing negative to say at all, things went according to plan. The walkthrough had a few minor issues that have all been addressed. I’m hoping that we don’t have any major issues after moving in. Overall, this was a great experience. Mark, our salesperson, was and is so kind and understanding! He’s very thorough about all the details we need to know! He even answered my call when he was on vacation! Cassie, our loan officer, is just as great! She helped us make a plan for our loan. She gave us options that would help keep money in our pocket, or lower our monthly mortgage payment! We are very happy with everything so far! We can wait to break ground on our new home!!

Having conducted considerable research across a vast geography, we decided to learn more about Legion Heights. Although we were familiar with the area, we do not live nearby, so we began our meetings with Heather virtually. Heather was very thorough in her presentation of the Caroline model, its features, the many options available, pricing, and the construction process for the home. After phone calls and video conferences with Heather, who answered all our questions with thoughtful, detailed responses, we decided to take the next step and drive to Canandaigua to meet Heather and the team for a walk-through of the model and see the property in person. Heather detailed the features and benefits of the home, and we were impressed with the quality we saw. In fact, we were sold, and we decided to be the first to purchase the Caroline model, the perfect combination of style and space. We have recently begun the construction phase of our home with Heather’s colleague, Project Manager Steve Calnon. Along with Heather, Steve led us through an informative pre-construction video conference where we verified our options, confirmed selections, and reviewed the expected timeline together. We look forward to watching our future home rise and continuing to develop our relationship with the Ryan Homes team during the construction of our new custom townhouse.

He usually responds within minutes but if he doesn't have the answer right away, he will find a way to answer within a day or two.
