Everything is fine except one concern. I am out of state buyer. During the first meeting I deposit the money and they show me some lots to choose from. We selected the lot and sign the purchase agreement. We had a virtual meeting next week. That meeting I came to know that the building as per our requirements can not be built. So they wants to change the lot. They offer me some lots to choose from. Some of the lot have extra payment required but no additional cost to us. So this is nice. But we are still worried what new changes may come in future. Hope there will be no more changes so we can move to our new home without any difficulty.

After meeting with several builders, we signed with Ryan Homes recently. We decided to meet with them after the great experience my parents had building in Hidden Village in Perry (where my uncle is also currently building as well). From the moment we walked into our appointment at Eaton Crossing, we felt comfortable and at home with Casey’s guidance and patience. We had many questions and she was wonderful at answering all of them and then some. We are excited to begin the building process with Ryan Homes!

I (Alma) was looking for a quiet & relaxing place to retire. In viewing various areas I came across Waller Mill Heights development and the rest is history now! I fell in love with the homes there & I am now a new owner & it was the best decision that I could have made.
We came down from MD to view the models and I was so pleased. We met Jennifer at the model & right away Jenn was so helpful in making sure that all of my questions were answered!
I’m in my new home here now & I am so grateful for the decision that I’ve made. It’s awesome being in my new home here & everything was built to my satisfaction!

The experience of buying a new home from Ryan Homes at Rosegate is a pleasant one. All the employees we have met with are respectful, professional, and pleasant we can't say enough good things about them. We appreciate Laurie Nortz, and Eva Nico, who have walked us through the Home selection and the Mortgage loan process with our wishes in mind.

I have lived at Hidden Village well over three years and I have no reservations owning a Ryan Home. Yes, we did have some warranty issues after moving in, but I will say the response to issues is quick and the warranty team including Hiram Coffey and particularly Mark Gruich, has been more than helpful, often going above and beyond just fixing the problem. Mark has always been informative, polite, and personable, but always performing his due diligence (Col 3:23-24). Hiram Coffey also has been honest and fair in regard to our issues as well.

This is a great community to be a part of. We’ve had a few bumps along the way that were addressed in a timely manner by the Ryan homes warranty team. Most recently we’ve battled an issue with a flooring company for more than a year, and the Division Warranty Manager for Ryan Homes, Hiram Coffey, went to bat for us and solved our issue. Ryan homes really cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to rectify any issues. I’d recommend Ryan homes to anyone and if you have an issue get it addressed. They are there to help! Thanks again Ryan Home and specifically Hiram. I appreciate your efforts and look forward to the resolution.

The whole experience from start to finish was 5 stars. I first contacted Brennan who answered all my initial questions and more. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to throughout the whole process and even sent pictures along the way documenting the construction of our home. Alex also was very knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of the construction process and was very accessible. Upon just doing my walkthrough I was blown away with the quality of the build and the attention to detail. Alex explained everything to me throughout the house and walked me through it from top to bottom.
My family is extremely pleased with this home and I would highly recommend Ryan Homes and these 2 fine gents.

We love our new house! The people we collaborated with along the way have been the highlight of the entire process. Excellent people included our Project Manager Joseph Emanuel and Judy. Project manager Joe was receptive to our queries and concerns throughout the process, and he offered lucid answers. Normally a difficult process, buying a house is made as easy as possible by Joe. If we get the chance, we would do it all over again since we love our new house!
Our first purchase here, we believe that going with Ryan Homes as our home builder was the best choice. The entire home building procedure, including the initial purchase and the visit to the orientation meeting was clear and easy to follow. We were informed of the status at every turn by our project manager Joe, and we even received pictures to show us how things were going, Joe kept us informed about the status by sending the pictures twice a week.
A special thanks goes out to Joe, the project manager. He has spent a significant amount of time providing us with thorough walkthroughs and explanations of various areas of the house. Among the best was the walkthrough that ended.
When our home was being built, we had an excellent relationship with the project manager Joe, he communicated at every stage and finished the house on schedule.
Joe applied his extensive knowledge/experience to address our home building and product features questions. The finished home Joe delivered at closing exceeded our expectations.

Our house is still under construction phase.
It was Chris Carter who referred this Edinburg community to us . He is a great guy with customer centric attitude . Janeisha Fields was the sales representative who guided us through the whole process in buying our dream home .She never hesitated to answer any questions we had . She is extremely friendly and professional!!! Words don’t describe how happy we are with our new home purchase me and my wife are so excited to move to this community !!Project manager Mehrtash and production supervisor Sarah are other two wonderful people who are working hard to build our new house as per our needs and posted us the updates in a timely manner !!!

So I am in the process of purchasing my forever home and I must say the experience so far had been amazing. This is the 2nd home we've built, but the experience here supercede my expectations. It's an amazing experience getting to customize our home, speak with all the key players who is making it possible, getting the approval early on in the process and not have to worry about it down the line. Being able to just be apart of the total experience. Everyone is attentive and responds to all questions with detail to make it much easier to understand what is taking place at the moment. It has been wonderful working with Ryan Homes! I'm grateful to be working with Judy because she's been so helpful with our building process! I'll admit that as first-time homebuyers, we were pretty anxious going into this, but she never shied away from answering our inquiries or offering assurance along the process. If you want to purchase a new home, I highly recommend working with this builder.
In May 2023, we started working with Ryan Homes, and we haven't looked back since. Judy Grens has played a crucial role throughout our entire journey, from answering all of our concerns to helping us sign a contract to simply being there to support us. There were many late-night texts and phone calls, and she always responded right away. From the beginning everything has gone so smoothly. We're overjoyed that we chose Ryan Homes as our home builder!
Quality, responsiveness, timeliness, and value, It was a blast working with Judy Grens from Ryan Homes. Judy possesses excellent interpersonal and product expertise. Judy is very aware of what I want and need in a home. She has, for instance, assisted me in comparing the styles, lots, and pricing ranges of two distinct model homes. After 10:00 p.m. on June 27 2023, Judy gently assisted me in designing my future house while we spoke on the phone. Judy went above and above to make sure I was getting the most for my money and the house of my dreams when we were discussing options.
The best thing about working with Judy was that she was constantly more interested in responding to our inquiries and offering us wise counsel. Every time we called or texted her, she responded. We would advocate for her to everybody.

From the moment I inquired about this community to the moment I received my keys was a roller coaster of course (regular process of buying a home), but EVERYONE was absolutely amazing during the process. From when I first signed my papers with Jessica Towler, meeting her partner Brennan Smith, my loan officer Cameron Martel Cooper, project manager Alex Queen and a few others that stepped in to assist as well, I honestly have nothing but great things to say. Everyone worked together as a great team to help me build my HOME!! I remember when I first went to the property, I was already in awe of the value that was offered for the community. From start to finish, the process was absolutely smooth and transparent. Travis Francis (my loan officer) was hands down the best loan officer anyone could have, and I genuinely mean that. He kept the process simple and straight to the point. The one thing that stood out with Travis is that he didn't treat me as just another number, customer, or someone off the street. He treated me the same way he would want to be treated, and I truly appreciated that the most. Also, he took the time to explain things and made them clear and straightforward for me to understand. Joe Howser is another awesome guy Ryan Homes needs to give a raise to. As often I called Joe during the process, he probably knows my number by heart, haha; as often as Joe went out of his way to either stay late or come in early, both on and off the clock, speaks on his character. Joe is extremely patient and doesn't mind going over things twice, or in my case, several times, haha, but that is something I admire about him. I still bother Joe when I see him walking outside and he answers questions.

Just wanted to share my experience with our PM Khalil and Joe our sales person. Both have been extremely professional and helpful. Khalil is an amazing PM and always ready to explain and help.
NVR mortgage is another story. Very unprofessional, never replied our phone calls and not open and honest. Surprises at the closing table. Not at all happy with NVR. Wish i had gone with another lender.

My husband and I had been house hunting for quite a while for our first home before I called Kelli and asked for some information. She immediately went to work. She asked what I needed in a home and the things that would be nice to have while staying within budget. She sent me over an estimate and set a time to meet. I warned her that my husband was a hard sell but she took him on and achieved an impossible feat! She didn’t come on too strong and remained incredibly kind, patient and professional. Kelli even sacrificed her Mother’s Day so that we could meet on his day off. Once we decided to buy she made herself available to answer any and all questions and ease our nerves, even after hours. Kelli made the process so stress free and easy. She was conscious of our budget and when it came time to adding upgrades she made sure we stuck to it. Most sales representatives would have tried to push every possible upgrade to increase the cost. Kelli worked hard to negotiate a price that was within our budget but still allowed us to have our dream home. We didn’t have to sacrifice a thing! We are still at the beginning of our home building journey but I am so happy she will be here for us along the way! I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Wanted to wait until my 1st year was complete in order to offer a comprehensive assessment. Certainly, it has not been a perfect experience. There have been some issues along the way, but I have to give kudos to two individuals who have been extremely helpful throughout this process. 1.) Our PM Brian was awesome. He followed up every week with updates. He worked with us and the feedback from our inspector and addressed the issues accordingly, 2.) Ron the Warranty Manager is fantastic as well. He and his team has been quick to address issues that we have had, most of which he has personally come to help address!!! I also want to say the neighborhood is awesome and the neighbors are great. It’s going to be exciting to see how all of the young people grow and build memories in their new family homes.

Jessica Towler was my first impression at Locust Thicket and she really gave me a great impression of the company. She was warm, kind, friendly and knowledgeable. She continued to follow up with me and was quick to answer all of my many questions. She provided me with all of the decision making documents that I needed and even offered to do a video walk through with me. Her help was invaluable. What a delightful person to work with!!! Marc Fardink also helped us out and was willing to answer any additional questions that we had. He was very kind, patient, and thorough. We’re excited to be part of the new Wellington Farms community a few months from now when our home (Hudson model) is complete. Since we started working with Darci and now Joe Oberle (since Darci is on maternity leave), we’ve had excellent service each step of the way. They’ve been accommodating with every request we’ve had, and tried to find alternative solutions to any where they didn’t have flexibility. I get weekly text updates and photos from the project manager as my home has been under construction. We looked at virtually every single family home in Howard County under $1M and just couldn’t find what we were looking for until we found Wellington Farms Single Family. The costs can creep up quickly when building a new construction home, but in this case I feel like we’re getting what we paid for. I believe a few years from now once the community is built out, it will be a desirable neighborhood for years to come. I recommend you come take a look at the beautiful model and growing community and meet the team for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

We’ve been here about 4 months and most issues we have had have been addressed immediately. Great neighborhood with tons of kids and families! Love the cedar model, it is the perfect layout and size for us.

We met Richard and he was so accommodating and understanding of us being handicap and limited. He answered all questions. Outstanding service and the models are beautiful. It's just not ADA compatible.

My wife and I walked into the model home here at Bridgewater and was greeted by Matt. Matt the sales agent was nice enough to explain the new construction process to us. My wife and I thought that this would be out of our reach, but after a little hard work, dedication, and assistance from Matt, we walked into the model home April 30th and was able to sign a contract for our new build May 25,2022! We are so excited and cannot wait to spend many years in our new construction home. Thanks again Matt, we greatly appreciate you brother!

My husband and I recently purchased the Strauss Attic home from Ryan Homes. We worked very closely with Eric Hiepler from the Sales Team and Andrew Todd was our Project Manager. They were both very accommodating and anytime we had a issue they were quick to respond and rectify the situation in a timely manner. Andrew Todd kept us informed with updates and pictures starting with our foundation and all the way to the finished product.

Excellent customer service and finished product!!!! Awesome experience!! My first experience with a new build and I was a bit nervous. However, the whole process from A-Z was seamless! I had an outstanding Project/Construction Manager, Andrew Todd "Drew", who really kept me at ease! Consistent communication, updates and available always to address questions or concerns. Never had a moment where I felt uneasy about the process or the final product. I received weekly updates, without asking, which really helped me understand where I was each step of the way. Andrew was professional, courteous and I absolutely love the finished product! Highly recommend!

We love our new home! We worked with Eric Scott (the Project Manager) and he was fantastic! We had our home built quicker than anticipated and Eric was very communicative during the entire build and even once we moved in. He made sure everything was perfect and to standard and we couldn't have imagined a better experience when building our first home. Amber was also wonderful to work with when purchasing our home, she made the whole process personal and smooth.
The neighborhood is beautiful - however the HOA is extremely unresponsive. We have been unable to get in touch regarding a variety of issues.
Other than that, it was a pleasure working with Ryan Homes.

The project manager is not great communication and follow through. He says he is going to something but it doesn't happen.

My husband and I rented in this neighborhood for 2 years before deciding to buy our first home here. We are pleased with the customer service that we received from the Ryan Homes and NVRM (lender) team. We especially enjoyed working with Eric Scott (PM for Ryan Homes) and Lauren Socks (loan officer for NVRM). Both individuals were personable, kept us up-to-date during the entire process and were always patient and informative anytime we asked questions. Our questions/concerns were also always answered in a timely manner.
We liked receiving periodic photos of the house as it was being built, and the pre-drywall and pre-settlement walkthroughs. Eric was easy to coordinate with when it came time to schedule our private pre-drywall and final inspection. We liked how organized and efficient Lauren was. Her attention to detail and willingness to provide multiple loan estimates was much appreciated!
I’d like to note that we have already had to submit a service ticket to the Ryan Homes warranty team for a minor issue. I was pleasantly surprised when a rep returned my call that very same day (Friday) and had the issue remedied the following week. It’s still too early to speak to the quality of the build, but based on the rental that we lived in for 2 years, we are hopeful that we will not encounter anything major. If we do, we will reach out to the warranty team! Our home is beautiful and we are super excited to settle in.

Excellent service and quality. Ryan homes had helped me find my sweet home. I really appreciate the great work done by Eric Scott, the project/construction manager at Ryan homes. He had been so responsible and provided all the timely updates about the construction and given a great walk through of our new home and explained well about all the things. I’m so thankful to Eric for putting lot of efforts and delivering a good quality home.
I would also like to thank Amber Faraci, the sales representative at Ryan homes for being so supportive throughout the whole process. She’s been so friendly and made the entire process so easy. She had given us all the insights about our new home and made us so comfortable. I really enjoyed working with her.
Ryan Homes always comes first when it comes to quality, design, service and customer satisfaction. I really enjoy my new home built by Ryan homes at Parkside.

The neighbors are congenial and nice which adds to the experience within the community. When encountered with any issues surrounding our home NV Homes customer service reps have been more than willing to assist us in resolving these concerns. I had heard a lot of bad things about Ryan homes, but I also heard good things about them. I have not gotten into my house yet because it is still being built however the sales team, loan officer and project manager helped me in every way possible. I never felt forced into buying the house. The sales person Mr Hegemair at the Bridgewater location in Springfield even stayed over his time to help me answer all my concerns and questions. They are a great team.

The team working with potential customers at Arcola Town Center is fantastic! Words cannot express how easy they make the process. They are there every step of the way and pay attention to the needs and concerns of customers. All questions are answered and addressed in a very timely manner. My husband and I have been looking to buy our first home for about a year now. We heard about the new community that Ryan Homes will be building at Bridgewater in Springfield, and we thought we would look into it (but in the back of our minds, we thought that it would be way out of our budget to build a BRAND NEW, CUSTOMIZED home). We set up a meeting with Sherrie (she is AMAZING!) to learn more about what model would suit us best and so forth. It was so much fun picking out the colors and customizing our house. She answered ALL of our questions thoroughly and very straight forward (which I so appreciated) and made the entire process fun and seamless. We were SHOCKED to find out that even after all of the upgrades we added to the house, it was STILL in our budget! We could not believe how affordable it was to build a new, customized home in a brand new community! Even after the initial appointment, Sherrie continues to be readily available to us, answering all of our questions, and she is so timely with sending needed information and documents to us. WE LOVE SHERRIE! We also went with the Lender that she recommended and he has made the pre-approval/loan process a walk in the park compared to previous experiences we have had. This entire experience has been a breeze so far and we are so thankful we have FINALLY found the perfect first home for our family, all thanks to Sherrie and Ryan Homes. :) If you are thinking about looking into purchasing a Ryan Home, I HIGHLY recommend that you do!

My new home is beautiful! worth the wait. I feel good knowing they stand behind their product and no matter how small the concern is, they take the time to address it.
