My family and I are newer residents to SC and the Greenville area. We were looking to buy more affordable homes and met with Tim at Baker Grove which is a brand new community opening by Ryan Homes. We had previously visited other builders and communities we liked but were still not ready to commit. Our realtor mentioned how nice and helpful Tim was when she reached out to ask about the community, and we immediately had the same impression after speaking with him too. We ended up visiting the area that weekend and thought it seemed like home for us. We love the convenient and beautiful location (near a great park too) and felt comfortable here right away. If you're looking for a new home I'd recommend checking out Baker Grove and reaching out to Tim.

Everything is fine except one concern. I am out of state buyer. During the first meeting I deposit the money and they show me some lots to choose from. We selected the lot and sign the purchase agreement. We had a virtual meeting next week. That meeting I came to know that the building as per our requirements can not be built. So they wants to change the lot. They offer me some lots to choose from. Some of the lot have extra payment required but no additional cost to us. So this is nice. But we are still worried what new changes may come in future. Hope there will be no more changes so we can move to our new home without any difficulty.

After meeting with several builders, we signed with Ryan Homes recently. We decided to meet with them after the great experience my parents had building in Hidden Village in Perry (where my uncle is also currently building as well). From the moment we walked into our appointment at Eaton Crossing, we felt comfortable and at home with Casey’s guidance and patience. We had many questions and she was wonderful at answering all of them and then some. We are excited to begin the building process with Ryan Homes!

We built in 2023, and have been in our home for 6 months. We are thrilled with our choice, and felt extremely supported throughout the process by our sales rep (Jenn Carter), our PM (Shuk) and any warranty claims we've put in (Van). We are loving this sweet neighborhood and our new house!

I have lived at Hidden Village well over three years and I have no reservations owning a Ryan Home. Yes, we did have some warranty issues after moving in, but I will say the response to issues is quick and the warranty team including Hiram Coffey and particularly Mark Gruich, has been more than helpful, often going above and beyond just fixing the problem. Mark has always been informative, polite, and personable, but always performing his due diligence (Col 3:23-24). Hiram Coffey also has been honest and fair in regard to our issues as well. We love our new house! The people we collaborated with along the way have been the highlight of the entire process. Our house is still under construction phase. It was Chris Carter who referred this Edinburg community to us . He is a great guy with customer centric attitude . Janeisha Fields was the sales representative who guided us through the whole process in buying our dream home .She never hesitated to answer any questions we had . So I am in the process of purchasing my forever home and I must say the experience so far had been amazing. This is the 2nd home we've built, but the experience here supercede my expectations. It's an amazing experience getting to customize our home, speak with all the key players who is making it possible, getting the approval early on in the process and not have to worry about it down the line. From start to finish, the process was absolutely smooth and transparent. Travis Francis (my loan officer) was hands down the best loan officer anyone could have, and I genuinely mean that. He kept the process simple and straight to the point. The one thing that stood out with Travis is that he didn't treat me as just another number, customer, or someone off the street. He treated me the same way he would want to be treated, and I truly appreciated that the most. Also, he took the time to explain things and made them clear and straightforward for me to understand. Joe Howser is another awesome guy Ryan Homes needs to give a raise to. As often I called Joe during the process, he probably knows my number by heart, haha; as often as Joe went out of his way to either stay late or come in early, both on and off the clock, speaks on his character. Joe is extremely patient and doesn't mind going over things twice, or in my case, several times, haha, but that is something I admire about him. I still bother Joe when I see him walking outside and he answers questions. Thank you Joe and Travis!!!

Just wanted to share my experience with our PM Khalil and Joe our sales person. Both have been extremely professional and helpful. Khalil is an amazing PM and always ready to explain and help. NVR mortgage is another story. Very unprofessional, never replied our phone calls and not open and honest. Surprises at the closing table. Not at all happy with NVR. Wish i had gone with another lender. Thankyou Joe and Khalil.

Wanted to wait until my 1st year was complete in order to offer a comprehensive assessment. Certainly, it has not been a perfect experience. There have been some issues along the way, but I have to give kudos to two individuals who have been extremely helpful throughout this process. 1.) Our PM Brian was awesome. He followed up every week with updates. He worked with us and the feedback from our inspector and addressed the issues accordingly, 2.) Ron the Warranty Manager is fantastic as well. He and his team has been quick to address issues that we have had, most of which he has personally come to help address!!! I also want to say the neighborhood is awesome and the neighbors are great. It’s going to be exciting to see how all of the young people grow and build memories in their new family homes.

From day one everyone been helpful and we felt welcome. Derek Jackson, Tonya, Jamilah. They’re all answered our questions and concerns. Buying a home and built from the ground is not an easy process but they made it easy for us. Thank you for everything.

My wife and I just moved into our new home a few weeks ago. Meghan was our sales rep, and she made the process very smooth. We had an idea of what we wanted, but she really went above and beyond to help us pick out selections, colors, and the different options available. She made the daunting task of those selections very simple and even provided great feedback of pros and cons of different options, which was extremely helpful as we went down a list of what seemed like hundreds of options. Once we started the build process, we started working regularly with Jason, who held weekly update calls with us, answered a bunch of questions, and walked us through every step. Jason was extremely responsive, even if we randomly texted late at night or on the weekend with random questions as we walked through our build after hours. He welcomed our independent inspectors, was extremely flexible with coordinating those meetings, and was very transparent with conflicts, as they always arise in construction. Even after closing, Jason still keeps in touch, stopping by or texting/calling to make sure everything is going well. The entire team has been amazing to work with. I have built a home previously with another builder, and was very nervous about re-living those nightmares, but Meghan and Jason knocked it out of the park with Ryan Homes and I wanted to make sure we shared our experience with others who may be thinking about building.

The Team here at Northwest Fortville made buying a home less stressful than we feared. Meghan helped us with our options and Jason was our Project Manager. There are so many stories about building a home that we were anxious. From breaking ground to the finishing touches our PM, Jason, was wonderful. I feel he went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and confident in the work being done. He welcomed our private inspector for a pre drywall inspection and we did not have any issues other than things that were already being fixed like a broken window from the build process. We closed on our house just over two months ago and he still stops to check on how things are going and to talk to our family. Based on our experience with Jason we would recommend building with Ryan homes.

We are in the early stages of building our home and so far our experience has been great! Joe is very attentive and has walked me through this process every step of the way. We’re excited to be part of the new Wellington Farms community a few months from now when our home (Hudson model) is complete. Since we started working with Darci and now Joe Oberle (since Darci is on maternity leave), we’ve had excellent service each step of the way. They’ve been accommodating with every request we’ve had, and tried to find alternative solutions to any where they didn’t have flexibility. I get weekly text updates and photos from the project manager as my home has been under construction. We looked at virtually every single family home in Howard County under $1M and just couldn’t find what we were looking for until we found Wellington Farms Single Family. The costs can creep up quickly when building a new construction home, but in this case I feel like we’re getting what we paid for. I believe a few years from now once the community is built out, it will be a desirable neighborhood for years to come. Working with Ryan Homes’ Sales Representative, Heather Treadway, on purchasing our new home at their Legion Heights community in downtown Canandaigua, NY, has been an excellent experience. Having conducted considerable research across a vast geography, we decided to learn more about Legion Heights. Although we were familiar with the area, we do not live nearby, so we began our meetings with Heather virtually. Heather was very thorough in her presentation of the Caroline model, its features, the many options available, pricing, and the construction process for the home. After phone calls and video conferences with Heather, who answered all our questions with thoughtful, detailed responses, we decided to take the next step and drive to Canandaigua to meet Heather and the team for a walk-through of the model and see the property in person. Heather detailed the features and benefits of the home, and we were impressed with the quality we saw. My husband and I recently purchased the Strauss Attic home from Ryan Homes. We worked very closely with Eric Hiepler from the Sales Team and Andrew Todd was our Project Manager. They were both very accommodating and anytime we had a issue they were quick to respond and rectify the situation in a timely manner. Never had a moment where I felt uneasy about the process or the final product. I received weekly updates, without asking, which really helped me understand where I was each step of the way. During the construction process I was kept informed and was encouraged to visit my new home. From the day the foundation was poured Concord Village became my new home. We love our new home! We worked with Eric Scott (the Project Manager) and he was fantastic! We had our home built quicker than anticipated and Eric was very communicative during the entire build and even once we moved in. Amber was also wonderful to work with when purchasing our home, she made the whole process personal and smooth. The neighborhood is beautiful - however the HOA is extremely unresponsive. We have been unable to get in touch regarding a variety of issues. Other than that, it was a pleasure working with Ryan Homes.

We are pleased with the customer service that we received from the Ryan Homes and NVRM (lender) team. Both individuals were personable, kept us up-to-date during the entire process and were always patient and informative anytime we asked questions. Our questions/concerns were also always answered in a timely manner. We liked receiving periodic photos of the house as it was being built, and the pre-drywall and pre-settlement walkthroughs. Eric was easy to coordinate with when it came time to schedule our private pre-drywall and final inspection. We liked how organized and efficient Lauren was. Her attention to detail and willingness to provide multiple loan estimates was much appreciated! I’d like to note that we have already had to submit a service ticket to the Ryan Homes warranty team for a minor issue. I was pleasantly surprised when a rep returned my call that very same day (Friday) and had the issue remedied the following week. It’s still too early to speak to the quality of the build, but based on the rental that we lived in for 2 years, we are hopeful that we will not encounter anything major. If we do, we will reach out to the warranty team! Our home is beautiful and we are super excited to settle in.

Over 2000 sqft. 3 bedrooms and a large living room. In addition we have a fully finished (19x17 ‘) bonus room at the ground level which we turned into a play room for our kids. We do not worry about the landscape and snow. Super convenient location. Great neighborhood for a active life style. Hospital across the street. Superb stores and Costco near by. Crocker park is less then 7 minutes away. Getting on 90 is a breeze with hitting only 2 lights. Love it !

My pristine client was at a loss after their lender made a critical error causing their loan to be aborted three days before their schedule possession date. Patti and the team at Ryan home moved everything back in house and got them closed and in their new home in 10 day. That's right. 10! I’m extremely happy with my Ryan Home! From beginning to the end, everyone made me feel important. I would like to give major props to my Project Manager Len Cuturic. He answered all my questions, answered all my calls and put me in complete ease. He’s always busy but made time for me and was always pleasant and patient. I am really happy with Ryan Homes @ concord Village, Avon. So far its been an year and don't feel any regrets. The neighborhood is really great and everything is near by to this community. At Ryan Homes we have a project manager(Lenny), he is so helpful for everything even after 1 year. Whenever you have a concern just reach out to Lenny and this will be resolved asap. My wife and I started our journey with Ryan Homes back in May 2020. We decided on Ryan's Home and the Townhome style as we loved how close we were to the freeway and all surrounding businesses. The Team that worked with Tammy and I throughout the process, from Sales to Financing, were simply amazing. This specifically included Jon our Sales leader and Lenny our Project Mgr. Throughout the build process, we came out each week to check on our progress and Lenny and Jon were always there to answers questions or provide direction on next steps, they were literally only a call away at all times. This allowed the process to be stress free and allowed my Family to focus on our new home in our new neighborhood and City. I would recommend this Ryan's Home Team to anyone who wants the best experience you can have in building a new home!!
